Giannikos Group has partnered with Roejen Services to deliver the Mentor on Demand Program for their leadership team. Providing a tailored mentorship program focusing on delivering practical, on-the-job guidance to accelerate professional growth, sharpen leadership capabilities, and prepare individuals for future success within Roejen. The program began with a professional personality assessment and a one-on-one meeting with each leader taking part, to gain deeper insights into the individuals preferred ways of working. This is followed by collaborative development of a personal mentoring plan, with continuous progress tracking to ensure individual goals are met and potential is unlocked.

Giannikos Group is currently working with Roejen Services on a project aimed at significantly improving their future tender submissions. Our initial Gap Analysis of recent council submissions identified that while Roejen's technical documents are exceptional, there are several key areas presenting opportunities for enhancement.

A primary focus of this project is to establish a clear and explicit link between Roejen's robust technical work and the broader council plans and strategies. This connection is crucial for success in today's competitive tender evaluations.
